Refund Policy

Important Notice
All sales are final. Tradova operates a strict no-refund policy on all purchases. All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including platform outages, data feed errors, or technical issues. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Tradova are final and non-refundable. Once a trading challenge or instant funding account has been purchased and payment confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes situations where the user fails the evaluation, decides not to trade, changes their mind, or experiences platform outages or data feed errors.
2. Reason for No Refunds
Our no-refund policy exists because:
- Trading account credentials are generated and provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation
- Server resources and trading infrastructure are allocated to your account
- The digital nature of our service means delivery is instantaneous and cannot be reversed
- Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature
- A 15% retry discount code is auto-issued upon challenge breach, valid 30 days — this is the only form of compensation for failed challenges
3. Payment Issues
If you experience a payment issue where funds were sent but your order was not processed, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction details. We will investigate and ensure your order is properly fulfilled. Payment issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Service Disruptions
In the rare event of a significant service disruption caused entirely by Tradova (not market conditions, broker issues, or force majeure events), we may, at our sole discretion, offer account extensions, replacement challenges, or other forms of compensation. This does not constitute a refund and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
All payments are processed via cryptocurrency. Traditional chargebacks do not apply. Any attempt to dispute a legitimate transaction or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of all accounts held by the individual and potential legal action.
6. Account Breaches
If your trading account is terminated due to a rule breach (exceeding drawdown limits, violating trading rules, daily profit cap, consistency rules, prohibited practices, etc.), no refund will be issued and all accumulated profits are forfeited. It is your responsibility to understand and follow all trading rules. The rules are detailed in our Trading Program Rulebook, on the pricing page, and in your account dashboard.
7. Before You Purchase
We strongly encourage all potential customers to:
- Review all challenge rules and trading conditions thoroughly
- Read our FAQ section for answers to common questions
- Ensure you understand the evaluation process and requirements
- Confirm you have a viable trading strategy before purchasing
- Contact our support team with any questions prior to purchase
8. Profits on Breached Accounts
Any profits accumulated on an account that subsequently breaches any rule are immediately forfeited and will not be paid out. This applies to all account types including challenge, funded, and instant funding accounts. There is no partial payout for breached accounts.
